Personally, I think That Thing You Do! has the best music soundtrack of any movie. The movie came out in 1996 and was written, directed, and co-stared by the one and only Tom Hanks.
It’s so, so, good! The lead single for the movie is also titled That Thing You Do! and is performed by The Wonders, a [fake] band from Erie, PA who’s rise to number one amongst the billboard charts is whom the movie focuses on.
